How It Works:
If within five days of your purchase, you find the same item offered at a lower price by another UK online retailer or on our own website, we will match the price. All you need to do is meet the following conditions:
- The item must be identical (same brand, model, version, availability, and buyer protection guarantee).
- The offer must come from a UK online retailer.
- Excludes items on clearance, auction sites, items sold by individuals or non-online retailers, and items delivered outside of the UK.
Conditions
Clearance items, auction listings, items sold by private individuals, or from non-online retailers, as well as items delivered outside of the UK, are excluded.
Custom or bespoke products specifically manufactured for a customer and services like installation are not included.
Products purchased via the ‘buy now, pay later’ method are also excluded.
