If your order is not satisfactory for any reason, we are prepared to either replace it or accept a return of the merchandise, ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products.

Return Policy Guidelines

  1. We are committed to providing a clear, fair, and customer-friendly return policy. You may return items within 15 days of purchase and receive a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

    • The goods are unopened and in their original packaging.

    • The products have not been installed or used.

    Important Note:

    If your goods are damaged or defective, please inspect them upon receipt and do not proceed with installation. If the issue is not immediately visible, please send us proof—such as images or videos—as soon as the defect is discovered.

Restocking Fee and Responsibility for Labour Costs

Please note that a 25% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise, except in cases of defects. Additionally, Saris-Extensions.co.uk is not liable for any labor costs incurred due to the installation of incorrect or defective parts. In the event your shipment arrives damaged, we recommend thoroughly inspecting the package and refusing delivery if the contents are damaged. We commit to expediting a new order to you in such cases. However, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned items are processed within 10 working days.

Custom Orders and Refund Time Frames

Custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled or returned. Similarly, blinds, which are made to order, are also non-refundable. We encourage you to ensure the correct unit size before placing an order and consult with your roofer in advance. If a wrong size is ordered, we will need to cancel and refund the entire order, deducting up to a 5% transaction fee and return shipping fees if the order has already been dispatched.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days post the return of units to our warehouse.
