Return Policy Guidelines

Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. You can return items for a refund within 15 days of purchase under these conditions:

  1. Unopened merchandise in its original packing.
  2. Defective merchandise.
  3. Incorrectly shipped or mispacked items.
  4. Products that have not been installed. To avoid any inconvenience, we advise not booking any trades, such as roofers or carpenters, until you have received and inspected our products for defects.

Restocking Fee and Responsibility for Labour Costs

Please note that a 25% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise, except in cases of defects. Additionally, is not liable for any labor costs incurred due to the installation of incorrect or defective parts. In the event your shipment arrives damaged, we recommend thoroughly inspecting the package and refusing delivery if the contents are damaged. We commit to expediting a new order to you in such cases. However, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned items are processed within 10 working days.

Custom Orders and Refund Time Frames

Custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled or returned. Similarly, blinds, which are made to order, are also non-refundable. We encourage you to ensure the correct unit size before placing an order and consult with your roofer in advance. If a wrong size is ordered, we will need to cancel and refund the entire order, deducting up to a 5% transaction fee and return shipping fees if the order has already been dispatched.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days post the return of units to our warehouse.
