Saris-Extensions.co.uk promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise. Please adhere to the following return policy:
The following items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase:
1. Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
2. Defective merchandise.
3. Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly.
4. Merchandise that has not been installed.
Please do not book any trades (roofers, cranes or carpenters) prior to receiving and inspecting our products for any defects.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective.
Saris-Extensions.co.uk is not responsible for any labour costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. If your shipment arrives and appears damaged please inspect the package thoroughly and if the contents appear damaged please refuse the shipment. We will do everything we can to have a new order rushed out to you. Return ship fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned items are processed within 10 working days.
Custom orders can not be cancelled or returned.
Blinds are individually made to order and are non-refundable.
Before placing an order, please make sure that you have chosen the correct unit size and have consulted your roofer in advance. If you have purchased the wrong size(s), we will have to cancel and refund the whole order. In this case we will deduct up to 5% transaction fee and in the cases when we have already sent your order, we will also deduct the return shipping fees. Please keep in mind that refunds are processed within 10 working days after units are returned to our warehouse.
