We recommend choosing an additional blind if your skylight will be installed close to a neighbouring property for maximum privacy and solar protection.

Free Delivery:

  • Available on all orders over £400 within the London (M25) area.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Flat & Pitched Skylights: 3–6 working days.
  • Custom Sizes: 3–6 weeks for production and shipping (free delivery).
  • Roof Lanterns, Framed Skylights, Electric Opening Skylights, Walk-On Skylights, Skylight Blinds: 10–14 working days.
  • Glass Balustrades & Juliet Balconies: 4-8 weeks (after approval of detailed drawing)

Delivery Arrangements:

  • Delivery is scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
  • We’ll contact you to arrange a delivery time once payment is complete.

Shipping Options:

  • Enter your shipping address at checkout to view options.
  • Within M25: Our drivers ensure safe delivery. We ask that you or your builders are present to accept the order.
  • Outside M25: We use external couriers. They will contact you to schedule delivery.
  • Extra Economy Shipping: Available for all areas except Northern Ireland and Scotland. In rare cases, you may need to pick up your order from a nearby depot.

Important Notes:

  • Products range from 10kg to 280kg. You may need 2–6 people to assist with unloading.
  • We are not liable for any damage during unloading, as it’s the customer’s responsibility.
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will try to contact you. If unreachable, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
