Delivery is scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
We’ll contact you to arrange a delivery time once payment is complete.

Shipping Options:

Within M25: Our drivers ensure safe delivery. We ask that you or your builders are present to accept the order.
Outside M25: We use external couriers. They will contact you to schedule delivery.
Extra Economy Shipping: Available for all areas except Northern Ireland and Scotland. In rare cases, you may need to pick up your order from a nearby depot.

Important Notes:

Products range from 10kg to 280kg. You may need 2–6 people to assist with unloading.
We are not liable for any damage during unloading, as it’s the customer’s responsibility.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will try to contact you. If unreachable, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Amazing company/seller. I was shopping around for some skylights for a few months before finding Saris. Although have to pay for delivery from London up to Liverpool it was still worth it. I called up before placing my order as I had some questions. Then called again after ordering about how to store them and how to get them on the roof whilst we sort the roof and was helped yet again. Nothing but professional and friendly service throughout. The skylights came all in individual frames but braced together on a pallet and look great. Hopefully installing them tomorrow so if I remember I'll post some photos! Definitely recommend Edit: Install went smoothly as could go, slightly bit nerve racking and would do some things differently but overall I'm absolutely amazed by these skylights

I had the pleasure of Martha returning my call and answering my first skylight for flat roof enquiry. Saris was recommended to me by a neighbour who has installed this skylight. Saris triple glazed skylight has a much greater U value (meaning better) than the one my builder recommended. I am just waiting on information on a blind company that is compatible with this skylight and then I expect to be hitting the buy button. If you are concerned about wether you need a blind, leave the option of electric cable hidden so it can be installed if needed. Definitely recommend contacting this company.

I have order 4 Roof lights from saris extensions for 2 separate jobs in the last 6 wks. 2 in stock which were delivered in 2days and 2 custom made which came in 5 wks as predicted.
