My wife and I came across Saris Extensions while searching for skylights for our extension, and although we were initially unsure about the level of service and the quality of the roof lights, our experience has been exceptional. The service was outstanding, and the product style and quality are genuinely beautiful.

We initially ordered 2no 1000 x 1000 rooflights with installation kits. As our extension roof progressed, we contacted Saris Extensions to ask whether we could exchange both units for larger sizes. They agreed immediately, with only a minimal return fee and the simple requirement that the original products remained unopened. The entire process was seamless.

Emre, who supported us from the initial purchase through to the exchange, was absolutely amazing — customer service at its best. Their delivery drivers were also fantastic, though it’s worth noting that you will need two people present to safely receive any glazing delivery.

We will have to see how the product fares after installation, we have purchased their installation kit and will be following installation guide as per their website. I will provide an update if we encounter any issues, but for now, based on service, communication and product style, we would not hesitate to recommend Saris Extensions.

I bought a flat roof skylight from these guys and after a month of it being on my possession, on the day of fitment I found it to be cracked. I rang the support team and was told to email them. Really pleased with the skylights I ordered. They arrived exactly as expected and I’m very happy with the quality.

I also wanted to mention the delivery driver, who was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was delivered safely and made the whole experience very easy.

Ordering was quick and easy. Ordered late on a Friday afternoon and was delivered on the Monday afternoon (although I paid the extra for 1-2 day delivery) now just got to wait and see what there like when in. But look good so far. Yes I would recommend so far. If fitting not so good I'll update my post.

Saris are great. The two delivery guys, Gaby and Paris, we're very helpful. They were very polite and took the 3 rooflighfs off the truck  and placed them doiwn with care  They spoke very politely to me and answered my questions. I had an excellent experience with the delivery handled by Gabi! It was quite a complex transport, with a very large item that definitely required effort. However, thanks to Gabi’s experience, everything was managed flawlessly. The delivery went perfectly, and the item was smoothly brought inside the house.
